Accessibility

To change the size of the text on the web page, Internet Explorer users can use the Text Size option found on the View menu of their browser. Netscape users can use the Text Zoom option on the View menu of their browser.

If using screen reader or speech synthesis software (such as JAWS), please enable it to read repeated text. This will ensure that the screen reader reads all of the text on the page when navigating the site.

To allow the screen reader to skip navigation links, press and hold the ALT key, then press 1 (i.e. ALT + 1). Pressing the ENTER key performs the skip or link activation.

To navigate to the home page from another page, use ALT + 0. To navigate to the site map from another page, use ALT + 9. On most pages, keyboard navigation assistance is available using ALT + 3 to skip to the current web page on the navigation menu, and ALT + 2 to skip to the parent section.

The TAB key, or SHIFT + TAB keys can be used to navigate the menu items. Netscape/Mozilla users should turn off the 'accesskeyscausesactivation' option by typing about:config in the address bar, then switching off the option in the list.
