Design

We aim to help all students to enthusiastically maximise their ability to investigate, to understand and to design and make a wide range of products and works of art.

We have excellent, purpose built areas that provide specialist facilities for children to work with wood, plastics, food, electronics, mechanisms, textiles and clay, as well as a full range of two and three dimensional art materials, including access to computer aided design and manufacture.

Many students use the Design area during lunchtimes and after school to extend their curriculum work, as well as following practical interests of their own.
